The tools changed. The thinking didn't.

I help teams cut through the AI noise and put it to work where it actually moves the needle.

For years I've built onboarding, training and e-learning for hundreds of people across global teams. The craft stays the same: understand the real problem, design for the behaviour you want to change, and ship something people actually use.

What's new is what I can act on. AI lets me build things I'd have needed a whole team for — drafting a full e-learning with Claude, spinning up AI avatars and training bots, testing an idea in an afternoon instead of a quarter. So that's what I do: experiment with what's now possible, in the open, and share what works with the people doing the same.

But the more AI can build, the more the thinking before it matters. Do we even need training? Which behaviour should change? What's the goal, and how do we keep it practical? Get the analysis right and AI becomes a real multiplier. Skip it and you just generate noise faster.
