Making sense of AI for L&D.
👋 Hi, I'm Julian. I design training, onboarding and e-learning for teams. My focus right now: making AI genuinely useful for L&D — not just to work faster, but to build things that used to be out of reach. A full e-learning drafted with Claude in an afternoon, AI avatars, training bots. I build in the open and share what holds up in practice.
The tools changed. The thinking didn't.
I help teams cut through the AI noise and put it to work where it actually moves the needle.
For years I've built onboarding, training and e-learning for hundreds of people across global teams. The craft stays the same: understand the real problem, design for the behaviour you want to change, and ship something people actually use.
What changed is what's reachable. AI isn't just faster — it lets me act on ideas that used to stall on the technical side: drafting a full e-learning with Claude, building AI avatars and training bots, prototyping in hours what once took weeks. Things I could picture but couldn't build are suddenly buildable. I work in the open and share what holds up in practice.
But the more AI can build, the more the thinking before it matters. Do we even need training? Which behaviour should change? What's the goal, and how do we keep it practical? Get the analysis right and AI becomes a real multiplier. Skip it and you just generate noise faster.
